Underpad FAQ

A disposable underpad (also called a bed pad or chux) is a single-use absorbent pad placed under a person to protect the bed or chair. Our medical-grade pads are built in five layers: a soft non-woven top sheet, a tissue layer, a fluff pulp + SAP absorbent core, a second tissue layer, and a waterproof PE film back sheet that blocks leaks.

Our standard adult underpad sizes are 60×90 cm, 60×60 cm, 60×45 cm and 45×33 cm, with 40 / 60 / 75 / 100 gsm weights. Custom sizes and weights are available for bariatric beds, facility-specific surfaces or private-label programmes.

SAP (super absorbent polymer) is the gel-forming material in the pad core that locks fluid away and keeps the surface dry, even under a person’s weight. Higher SAP content means higher absorbency — important for heavy or overnight incontinence.

Beyond adult underpads, we produce maternity pads, baby diapers and baby underpads, nursing pads, pet pads, and sanitary pads / panty liners. All can be customised to your brand.

Yes. Standard colors are blue, pink and white, and we can match custom colors, embossing patterns and packaging artwork to your specification under OEM/ODM.

OEM means we manufacture a product to your existing design and brand. ODM means we design and develop the product for you, then produce it under your label. We offer both, with full control over size, weight, SAP level, material and packaging.

Absolutely. We provide private-label production including custom logo, packaging design, instruction inserts and box/bag branding, plus certification documentation support for your market.

A standard OEM project typically takes about 5–7 days for samples after artwork is confirmed, with bulk production lead time depending on order volume and specification. We’ll confirm an exact schedule when you share your requirements.

Yes. Our pads use hypoallergenic, latex-free, fragrance-free materials with a soft non-woven top sheet and breathable back sheet to reduce the risk of irritation during extended wear.

Every batch undergoes strict in-house testing, including absorbency and microbiological checks, backed by ISO quality management and third-party testing where required. We can provide test reports and certification copies on request.

Yes. We supply certification and compliance documentation support to help you meet your target market’s import and regulatory requirements.

Yes, we offer free samples for quality testing. You only cover the courier cost (provide your DHL/FedEx account or pay the freight). OEM samples are typically ready in 5–7 days.
